This has to be of the best Vacations we have been on and having stayed in a lot of VRBO places, simply the best rental. The check in was easy and the house is immaculate. I have never seen such organisation in a rental before, everything you could possibly want and need is here, especially travelling with children. We have loved staying here, the views are breath taking, the hot tub has an amazing location and our children were loving the gardens/ play area. I could not recommend this place any more although we are at risk of it not being available next time with our reviews! We will definitely re-book. Thank you!

We couldn’t have had a better time staying at this property. The views are stunning, the deck is beautiful, the hot tub is a treat, the beds are super comfortable, and the kids (and big kids) had a great time in the playground. So may helpful touches including one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever found at a vacation rental. We had everything we needed for barbecues and regular meals. Convenient walk to the Halfmoon Bay store and easy to access the beach with the map provided. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, and so grateful to the owners that they’re willing to share what is clearly a well-loved family cabin with visitors to the Sunshine Coast.

Rarely do you find a rental where the pictures actually don’t do the property justice…this cottage completely exceeded all our expectations. Its not only beautiful, warm, cozy and pristine, the owners have thought of every convenience for their guests. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Beautiful house and property! The covered porch is amazing and comfortable even for fall/winter weather. The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Cozy, impeccably clean, very comfortable and well-stocked. Highly recommended.

Four adults and two children (aged 5 and 8) all had the same reaction upon arrival and right through departure: “This place is amazing.” The cottage is well-equipped with basic necessities and fun features. We especially appreciated the wood-burning stove, hot tub, hammock, gas fire pit, treehouse with zip line, bluetooth speaker, toys and games, outdoor shower and comfortable beds.

What a wonderful and relaxing space. My girlfriends and I had such a lovely time, hot-tubbing, sitting on the porch, and walking around the half-moon bay area. Definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful home! I cannot describe how serene and peaceful Hart’s cabin is – the photos do not do justice. It was very difficult for my friends and I to leave after spending the Easter weekend by the fire, exploring the beach, and playing games. This place was very clean on arrival, check in and check out was smooth, and the host was very accommodating for our stay. There is an extra bonus of a hot tub with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I would 100% stay again, and next time, book for a longer amount of time!

This property has everything you need for a relaxing private weekend away. Plus the home has little extras like kitchen ingredients and extra condiments to feel like you’re home.
