The place is better than advertised. Hart is a very nice person, and the stay was a great experience.

Having grown up in the area when I was younger I knew what to expect and not a lot has changed, just as beautiful as ever. By far the hot tub was a big draw for my wife and also the deck. The view was spectacular but also private as you are elevated above the beach and very quiet. If you like outdoor activities there are many including hiking, local lakes or even the ocean which we swam in both. It is a short walk to the beach, but we drove to launch our kayaks from the boat launch. This cabin is in no way remote, but it does offer that small town charm and away from the bustle. A short drive to Sechelt will provide you with anything you have forgotten, there is a local store but selection is limited. We would come back to this cabin any time of the season… Thanks for sharing this piece of Halfmoon Bay with us Hart!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect and well organized for everything you could need. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay with kids!

Loved this property. It was a wonderful retreat! The home and land is clearly well loved and well enjoyed. Only caution is that there is only 1 bathroom for the house, and the bathroom doesn’t have a shower – just a bathtub. There is, however, an outdoor shower enjoyable which is quite lovely. Will be seeking to stay here again soon. Thank you!!

Impressive and cosy house with an amazing view. We stayed 2 nights but would definitely be fun to spend more time there.

The house was clean with everything you needed and more!! Such a peaceful getaway…loved the hot tub and the deck with beautiful view. The fire on the deck made it possible to sit out in the cold and enjoy the view.

Amazing views, fully stocked cabin, and many places to enjoy the natural splendour of Halfmoon bay. Can’t recommend it enough!

Grandparents, Mum and Dad and two young kids. This was better than expected, especially the view, the quality of linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Even the cooks knives were sharp! Fabulous location with plenty of space for all and walking distance to the local shop. Liked the shower and hot tub. Can’t decide if the hammocks or the binoculars were best.
