ituated on a half acre semi waterfront property, it enjoys spectacular views of Halfmoon Bay while providing complete privacy. Located on a small cul de sac just west of Redrooffs Road with a private driveway, you are sheltered from any and all traffic noise. The property is extensively landscaped with many plantings, water features and there is landscape lighting throughout for that magical touch at night.<\/p>\n

We have a full children\u2019s play area with tree fort, slide, fireman\u2019s pole, climbing area, zip line, swings and monkey bars. While your children are enjoying the playground, you can sit back on a comfortable bench and take in the view of the garden and Halfmoon Bay.<\/p>\n

The cottage has large decks on both sides of the house with the waterside deck as a centre for lounging, BBQ\u2019ing and outdoor dining. There is also a patio on the lower level for those who want a different view and enjoy the lower pond.<\/p>\n

Amenities<\/h2>\n

Our cosy cottage includes most modern amenities such as a full gourmet kitchen, Bose home entertainment centre with iPod dock, 42\u201d Television, VCR\/DVD player, high speed wireless internet with Netflix as well a complimentary printer, external keyboard and large monitor for your laptop. The cottage is electrically heated throughout. However, you\u2019ll enjoy the woodstove in the living room especially during the winter.<\/p>\n

Bathroom<\/h2>\n

The spacious bathroom features a large cast iron tub with a handheld shower. Just outside the front door there is an outside shower with a privacy screen. It\u2019s especially nice at night while taking in the starry night sky.<\/p>\n

Bedroom<\/h2>\n

The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as another 28\u201d TV with DVD player and also houses the complimentary printer, external keyboard and monitor. There is also a bunk room upstairs that features two sets of extra large bunk beds with individual reading lights. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and features a queen bed as well.<\/p>\n

Outside<\/h2>\n

The waterside deck has planters, a late model Weber BBQ with side burner, four Adirondack chairs, table with 6-8 chairs and umbrella as well as a lounger. The hot tub is beside this deck with its own deck and can easily accommodate 6-8 people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
